Prices
All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the
current rate. Prices may be changed without notice.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Switch
via our secure payment provider Barclay’s ePDQ or by
fax, post or telephone.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject
to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your
payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify
you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
If you wish you can pay by cheque. Please
make cheques payable to CFR Products and post to us with your
order number, name and address on the reverse.

Receipts
All customers placing an order will be
provided with a receipt, both by email and to the specified
address. Please contact us if you suspect your receipt to
be incorrect and we will rectify it.
Availability
We do our very best to show only products
we have in stock on our site (unless otherwise stated i.e.
special orders). However, popular products can go out of stock
quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we
receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery
time. If you decide not to continue with your order any sum
debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to
your account and we will notify you at the email address given
by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon
as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
Security
We take every precaution to protect your
information both online and offline. We believe that secure
electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the
Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium.
Your privacy is our concern. Your credit card details are
verified by Barclay’s ePDQ secure gateway. This means
that we at CFR Products do not see your credit card details
at all.
For your added security we only deliver
to the cardholders address. Delivering to the cardholder’s
address helps prevent credit card fraud by ensuring that only
the cardholder can receive products ordered over the Internet.
We constantly review and update our security procedures.
Delivery
A delivery charge will be calculated
on your order and added to your shopping basket. Our aim is
to deliver all goods ordered within 3 - 7 working days.
All Deliveries are to UK Mainland Addresses
Only
Orders will be delivered on our behalf
by Royal Mail.
Complaints Procedure
In the event that we fail in meeting our high standards of
customer service please contact our Customer Services department

Please provide as much detail of your
complaint as possible, including product details, dates and
times of communication with our company where applicable.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working
days advising you the estimated time the complaint should
take to resolve. We will also advise you of the progress of
your complaint on a regular basis should it not be resolved
within 7 working days.

Guarantee
All our products are supplied with a
manufactures guarantee for a minimum period of one year from
the date of delivery. This excludes faults caused by accidental
damage, misuse or neglect.
Returns and Refunds
You’re Right to Cancel
We want you to be delighted with your
order. If you are unhappy please contact us on 01332 741 368
for an order cancellation and return reference number. If
you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from
the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting
the day after you received the goods without reason. A refund
of all monies including postage and packing charges will be
made within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods are not
faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned
at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods can
arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from

used, is returned undamaged in the original packaging with
any accessories and any supplied free gifts.

Faulty Goods
If your goods develop a fault within
28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and
inspection. Generally we will exchange or refund the item
provided it is 'as new' and has no faults caused by accident,
misuse or neglect.
If your goods develop a fault after 28
days and within its 12 months guarantee we will arrange to
repair and return or replace the product to you
